« We have been staying at this hotel since 2021. Check in was quick and easy, but our room was not clean. I addressed this to the lady at the front desk and she took us to another room. That room was no cleaner than the original room we reserved. She was the sweetest lady and so helpful! After 3 rooms we finally got one that wasn’t as bad as the others. It makes me sad to say after 5 years of staying here we won’t be back. Place has gone downhill! Just not a clean hotel anymore!! Breakfast is...

« AC didn't work properly in first room they provided. Manager was impolite and less than helpful in trying to get it to work and then providing another room. Breakfast room was full of teenage sports teams that were loud and demanding on every breakfast station so that selection was poor. In all, a stressful and unenjoyable stay. « The staff is nice. I called ahead, asked if that pool was open, asked at check in. As soon as I got my key and was walking to my room, the pool was being locked to be "shocked" however it looked just as green and unappealing the next morning. The floor in our room was filthy.
